Sukhumi, where the online stream is conducted from, is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Abkhazia on the Black Sea coast. The resort of Sukhumi is famous for its sanatoriums, beaches, promenade, mineral springs, historical monuments and the Botanical Garden with a research center, founded in 1840. In 1927 a monkey nursery appeared in the garden.
The beaches of Sukhumi occupy 20 km and run from Cape Krasny Mayak in the northwest to the village of Agudsera in the southeast. The pebble Central Beach is opposite the Dioscuri embankment.
