Town Hall Square

There is a live broadcast on the one of the most beautiful squares in Spain – the Town Hall Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento) in the city center of Valencia.

The Town Hall Square, which is perfectly visible in our webcam, is the center of the social, cultural and political life of the city. Despite the fact the history of the square began in the 12th century, the town hall’s central facade was built only in the 20th century. There is a large stone balcony in the middle of the facade, which is perfectly visible online. During various events the municipal authorities of the city have a speech from this balcony.
During its long history, the square was renamed several times, and only in 1987 it got its modern name – Town Hall Square, becoming one of the most beautiful and popular places in the city.
