Enne www.balticlivecam.com (siit alates – Veebileht) kasutama hakkamist palume sul põhjalikult tutvuda veebilehe kasutustingimustega (siit alates – Tingimused).
Veebilehte kasutades nõustud sa täielikult käesolevate Tingimustega.

www.balticlivecam.com’i juhib ja haldab SIA BalticLiveCam (registrikood: 40103894124), siit alates – BalticLiveCam.
BalticLiveCam Veebilehte külastades või Veebilehe kaudu edastava info ja teenuste kasutamisel kinnitad sa, et nõustud nende Tingimustega ning juhindud nendest.

[2] VEEBILEHEL OLEVA INFORMATSIOONI OLEMUS

Kogu veebilehel avaldatud informatsioon ja soovitused on informatiivsed. BalticLiveCam ei garanteeri, et Veebilehel avaldatud informatsioon on alati täpne ning täielik. BalticLiveCam’il on õigus muuta, eemaldada või parandada Veebilehel olevat informatsiooni igal ajal ilma eelneva teavituseta.

[3] AUTORIÕIGUSED

Veebileht sisaldab tekste, videosid, pilte, logosid ja muid materjale, mis on kaitstud autoriõigustega. BalticLiveCam’ile kuuluvad sellel Veebilehel avaldatud materjalidele rakenduvad autoriõigused, omandiõigused ja muud mittemateriaalsed õigused või BalticLiveCam’il on vastavate materjalide omanike poolt väljastatud õigus kasutada neid materjale Veebilehel. Veebilehe sisu osaline või täielik jagamine, kopeerimine või omandamine on keelatud kui vastavate materjalide autoriõiguse või omandiõiguse kandja ei ole andnud selliseks tegevuseks vastavat luba. See keeld ei kohaldu, kui materjale hoiatakse arvutis või prinditakse välja üksnes ja ainult isikliku kasutamise eesmärgil.

Veebilehe sisu tsiteerimine on keelatud vastavalt autoriõiguse seaduses määratud korrale. Kui sisu tsiteeritakse, tuleb viidata allikale, kuid Veebilehel olevate logode ja kaubamärkide jagamine, avaldamine ja kopeerimine on keelatud ilma selliste logode ja kaubamärkide omanike kirjaliku nõusolekuta.

Kui AnimalLife veebilehel on tekstisiseseid linke, mis viitavad kolmandatele osapooltele, siis ei tuleks neid võtta kui AnimalLife poolseid soovitusi nendel veebilehtedel asuvate toodete või teenuste hankimiseks. Selliste linkide kasutamisel lasub sinul täielik vastutus ning BalticLiveCam ei vastuta sellistel veebilehtedel oleva sisu või kasutuse eest. BalticLiveCam ei ole kinnitanud selliste veebilehtede usaldusväärsust, täielikkust, täpsust ja tõepärasust.

[5] KÜPSISED

BalticLiveCam Veebileht kasutab küpsiseid. Küpsis on väike tekstifail, mis salvestatakse su seadme kõvakettal veebilehte külastades. See tekstifail sisaldab informatsiooni, mida kasutatakse vastava veebilehe mugavamaks ja funktsionaalsemaks kasutamiseks külastaja poolt.

Küpsiseid on kahte liiki. Esimesed küpsised on püsiküpsised, mis salvestuvad su seadme kõvakettal teatud ajaperioodiks. BalticLiveCam kasutab selliseid küpsiseid selleks, et jälgida Veebilehe külastajate voogu ning koguda statistilisi andmeid.

Teised küpsised on sessiooniküpsised, mis salvestuvad ajutiselt – seniks, kuni sa oled veebilehel. BalticLiveCam veebiteenuste kasutamiseks pead sa lubama sessiooniküpsiste kasutamist. BalticLiveCam kasutab sessiooniküpsiseid kindlustamaks, et sa saad muretult teostada tehinguid ja muid toiminguid ning sellised küpsised kustutatakse kohe, kui sa oled sulgenud brauseri või lõpetanud toimingud BalticLiveCam veebilehel.

Kui sa ei soovi küpsiseid lubada, saad sa muuta turvasätteid oma veebilehitsejast. Sa võid keelata püsiküpsiste kasutamise veebilehitsejas ning see ei mõjuta Veebilehe funktsionaalsust mitte kuidagi. Kui sa ei luba aga sessiooniküpsiseid, võib juhtuda, et sa ei saa kasutada täielikult kõiki BalticLiveCam veebilehe funktsioone.

[6] ISIKUANDMETE TÖÖTLEMISE PÕHIMÕTTED

BalticLiveCam tagab Veebilehe kasutajate isikuandmete kaitsmise vastavalt Läti Vabariigis kehtivatele õigusaktidele. BalticLiveCam on kohaldanud kõik vajalikud meetmed selleks, et tagada isikuandmete kaitsmise ning vältida ligipääsu andmetele kolmandate poolte poolt.

BalticLiveCam’i veebilehe kaudu esitatud isikuandmeid või muul viisil BalticLiveCam’ile edastatud isikuandmeid ei jagata kolmandate pooltega. Andmeid kasutatakse üksnes valitud teenuste pakkumiseks ning andmeid jagatakse üksnes siis kolmandatele pooltele, kui see on Läti Vabariigis kehtivate õigusaktide kohaselt nõutud või kui selline andmete jagamine on vajalik BalticLiveCam huvide kaitsmiseks.

Lisaks võidakse su andmeid kasutada BalticLiveCam’i poolt sinuga kontakteerumiseks, sealhulgas reklaaminfo saatmiseks. Kui sa ei soovi reklaampakkumisi ja -infot saada, võid sellest meile e-posti teel teada anda.

Sa pead ühtlasi mõistma, et andmete jagamine veebis ei ole täiesti turvaline. Me ei saa alati tagada andmete täielikku kaitstust ja turvalisust; me tagame üksnes mõistlikud meetmed elektroonilise infovahetuse kaitsmiseks. BalticLiveCam’il on õigus ainuisikuliselt hinnata, kas soovitatud muudatused on vajalikud ning kuidas neid Veebilehel rakendada.

Veebilehel avaldatud sisu on edastatud nii nagu see on ning nii nagu see on saadaval. BalticLiveCam ja kolmandad pooled ei anna ühtegi garantiid Veebilehel oleva sisu suhtes. BalticLiveCam ei vastuta ühegi kulu, kaotuse või kahju (otsene, kaudne, eriline, juhuslik või muu kahju, sealhulgas majanduslikud kahjud või teenimata kasud) eest, mis on seotud Veebilehe kasutamise või külastamisega isegi siis, kui BalticLiveCam on olnud teadlik Veebilehe või sisu puudulikkusest.

Veebilehe sisu on üksnes informatiivse eesmärgiga. Info ei sisalda ning seda ei saa võtta kui pakkumist müüa või jagada tooteid või teenuseid, millele viidatakse Veebilehel.

BalticLiveCam Veebilehel oleva info eesmärk on informeerida külastajaid teenustest ja toodetest, mida pakub BalticLiveCam ning koostööpartnerid. BalticLiveCam on võtnud kasutusele meetmeid tagamaks, et Veebileht, sellel olev info ja funktsioonid toimiksid tõrgeteta. BalticLiveCam ei garanteeri aga mitte mingil juhul, ei otseselt ega kaudselt, Veebilehel esitatava info uudsust, täpsust ja täielikkust ning ei vastuta selle ega olukorra eest, kui info ei ole kättesaadav põhjustel, mis ei sõltu BalticLiveCam’ist. Veebilehel olevat infot võidakse muuta või kustutada eelneva hoiatuseta. BalticLiveCam ei garanteeri, et Veebileht ja sellega seonduvad teenused toimivad igal ajal ilma igasuguste tõrgeteta.

[10] VEEBILEHE TURVALISUS

Sa ei tohi kahjustada BalticLiveCam’i Veebilehte tahtliku sooviga levitada viiruseid, Trooja hobusid, pahavara või muid materjale, mis võivad kahjustada Veebilehte. Sa ei tohi üritada autoriseerimata ligipääsu Veebilehele, Veebilehe serverile või ühelegi teisele serverile, arvutile või andmebaasile, mis on Veebilehega seotud. Sa ei tohi rünnata Veebilehte ühegi tarkvaraga, sealhulgas tarkvaraga, mis takistab Veebilehe normaalset toimimist.

Me teavitame sellistest rikkumistest koheselt vastavaid ametiasutusi ning teeme nende asutustega koostööd, et takistada edaspidi sellist käitumist. Sellise rikkumise korral peatatakse koheselt su õigus Veebilehte edaspidi kasutada.

BalticLiveCam on võtnud kasutusele vastavad meetmed, tagamaks Veebilehe turvalise kasutamise. Me ei vastuta selle eest, kui meie Veebilehel olev hüperlink, mis viitab kolmanda poole veebilehele, peaks põhjustama sulle kahju või su seadet ründab viirus.

[11] KASUTUSTINGIMUSTE MUUTMINE

BalticLiveCam’il on õigus muuta nende Tingimuste punkte igal ajal ilma eelneva teavituseta. Seetõttu on oluline põhjalikult tutvuda nende Tingimustega enne Veebilehe kasutamist. BalticLiveCam ei vastuta selle eest, kui sa peaksid saama Veebilehte kasutades kahju, kuna ei tutvunud põhjalikult Tingimustega.

[12] SEADUSANDLUS

Selle Veebilehe toimimine ja käesolevad Tingimused on kooskõlas Läti Vabariigis kehtivate õigusaktidega. Veebilehe Tingimustega seonduvaid vaidlusi lahendatakse üksnes Läti Vabariigi seadusandlusega kooskõlas ning üksnes Läti Vabariigi kohtusüsteemi kaudu.

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to SIA BalticLiveCam.

SIA BalticLiveCam is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The “Webcam | Online HD World” app and “Webcam Online – BalticLiveCam” app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the “Webcam | Online HD World” app or “Webcam Online – BalticLiveCam” app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that SIA BalticLiveCam will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but SIA BalticLiveCam cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, SIA BalticLiveCam cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, SIA BalticLiveCam cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to SIA BalticLiveCam’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. SIA BalticLiveCam accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The apps is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. SIA BalticLiveCam does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
