The island of Favignana with our live broadcast is the largest island of the Egadi archipelago, belonging to the province of Trapani in the Sicily region. There are two more islands – Levanzo and Marettimo.

In Favignana is Mediterranean and subtropical climate. Summer is hot and humid, winter is very short, warm and rainy. In summer an average temperature is about +26 C, in winter is from +10 to +14. Water warms up to +16 C in winter, and up to +27 C in summer. Favignana can be visited all year round, but the best time is from May to October.
