Delivery
Delivery is carried out within 20 days by Latvijas Pasts, based on terms of delivery for a specific region by carrier. After transfer of money for our account the order automatically goes on to a warehouse and to the transport company. The same day the parcel goes to the specified addres.
Bank Holidays
Please note that our carrier cannot deliver on a bank holiday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed the following business day.
Payment
After registration of the purchase, you will receive an invoice to an email address you specified, containing all requisites, necessary for remittance. Our invoice is acknowledgement of purchase and it is valid unsigned. Payment can be made by bank transfer to our account or by a credit card.
Attention: to avoid fraud, payment is accepted only from the buyer account. If purchase is not paid within 5 days, the account is cancelled, also the goods reservation is cancelled.
Returns Policy
Certain Products are available exclusively online through the Website. These Products may be subject to different return or exchange policies, which shall be indicated where applicable.
Except if exercising your right to cancel, shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are not refundable when you use our easy returns by mail or store.
