Dagomys, where the live broadcast is coming from, is a small resort village in the suburbs of Sochi. Most of the city’s visitors in the online camera strive here for an excellent beach vacation, for which Dagomys has everything you need: a warm sea, a gentle southern sun and comfortable beaches. For lovers of active recreation there is an opportunity to take excursions to the mountains, tea plantations and waterfalls. Boat trips with fishing rods are offered to fishermen. Also available: horseback riding and cycling.

The length of the beach area in Dagomys, where the webcam is located, is more than 1 km. The coast along the entire length of the coastline is sandy and pebble, the entrance to the water is gentle, only on the wild beach there are depth differences. In total, there are 3 beaches on the coast of Dagomys – a city, wild and indoor beach of the health complex.

On the territory of Dagomys, the entrance to which is shown in live camera, there is a rich and varied underwater world. Not far from the resort there are the sunken ships “Rock cliff” and “Ian Thomp”.

The main attraction of Dagomys online, is the tea plantation near the village of Uch-Dere, where the northernmost tea in the world grows. Guests are welcome in the famous Tea Houses. It is interesting to visit the the History Museum of The Krasnodar Tea located between the center of the village and “Tea Houses”. Here you can see a miniature tea plantation and production line, as well as get acquainted with the technology and subtleties of tea making. The exposition is complemented by a hall with Tula samovars.

Traveling around Dagomys in this webcam cannot be imagined without Dagomys troughs and Boxwood waterfalls.

Dagomys troughs are gorgeous natural pools of various shapes and sizes on the western Dagomys river, perfect for swimming. The water slowly flows from one to the other and then runs downstream. The area next to the troughs is landscaped – there are gazebos, barbecues and picnic fields. In the gorge of the Eastern Dagomys River, there is a whole cascade of picturesque Boxwood Falls, which got their name from the boxwood that abundantly covers the banks in this place.
