Live webcam shows one of the longest freshwater beach in the world, located in the resort town of Wasaga Beach, in Simcoe County, Southern Ontario, Canada.
The coastline in this live stream lies along the southern tip of Georgian Bay and Nottawasaga Bay, about two hours north of Toronto.
More than two million people visit Wasaga Beach in live feed every summer. There is a 14 kilometers long freshwater beach and panoramic views of the Niagara Escarpment across the bay.

In winter, due to heavy snowfalls, you can go snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and other winter sports. Downhill skiing is possible at the nearby Blue Mountains.
Wasaga Beach Provincial Park
The beach, perfectly shown in the online camera, is part of Wasaga Beach Provincial Park. The park is open to everyone only during the day. Its territory is under state protection. A variety of birds live here, first of all – waders, as well as endangered plovers. There are also over 50 kilometers of hiking trails available in the protected area, used in winter for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
