In addition, there are sports tracks along the river, walking along which it is pleasant to get acquainted with the surroundings.

– The Pirita River Valley is a real natural park, protected by the state since 1957. The territory of the protected area with 28 rare plant species covers 523.1 hectares.
– Maarjamäe Memorial Complex. The first part of the complex was erected in 1975-1960 and was called “Memorial ensemble in memory of the fighters for Soviet power in Estonia”. In 2018, the second part of the complex appeared – the “Memorial to the Victims of Communism”. The restored German military cemetery is also located here.
