There is a lift and a gas station, a port captain and 24-hour security, as well as nearby cafes, shops and restaurants. In the harbor in the webcam there are 160 berths up to 14 meters high.

Thanks to the mild climate of Gran Canaria it is possible all year round to ride a speedboat or boat along the Agaete coastline, which you see online, and watch the light from the sunset fall on the sea cliffs.

Puerto de las Nieves, whose harbour is shown in the online camera, is a picturesque fishing village in the north of Gran Canaria. The charming Canarian town has grown in popularity in recent years. This is a pretty attractive resort and a great excursion destination. In addition, from Puerto de las Nieves in a webcam, it is easy to get to the neighboring island of Tenerife by ferry that departs from the harbour in live camera.

Of the sights of the town itself, where there is a live footage, attention is paid to the Paseo de los Poetas promenade, along which restaurants, shops and galleries are spread. The boulevard starts at the charming old port and is considered a great place to walk on a warm sunny day. At sunset, Mount Teide on Tenerife can be seen in the distance.

The restaurants of Puerto de las Nieves, in this webcam, serve a special local delicacy: caldo de pescado – thick fish soup.

The rich history of the Spanish town in the live feed, concentrated in the small chapel of Ermita de las Nieves, located at the main square. It stores a real treasure – a triptych (a work of art consisting of three different elements) of the 16th century, with images of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the baby Jesus, created by the famous Flemish painter Joos van Cleve. During the festival of Fiesta de la Rama, a procession takes place. The participants carry a copy of this triptych to the parish church of Agaete, where it is displayed for all to see.

On the southern tip of Puerto de las Nieves, in an online camera, there rises a small pointed rock Dedo de Dios (“Finger of God”). Its height is 30 meters, and it protrudes above the surface of the ocean, right in front of huge rocks with a dense pine forest of Pinar de Tamadaba. Although the 2005 hurricane caused a lot of damage to the Dedo de Dios cliff, it is still a unique sight and an excellent backdrop for spectacular pictures.
