Also, Irkutsk has the largest number of baroque churches in Siberia.

Irkutsk Mineralogical Museum named after Sidorov A.V. is one of the five best mineralogical museums in Russia with a collection of minerals from the Irkutsk region and minerals from around the world (1,500 species).
An interesting attraction of Irkutsk, which panorama is clearly visible in the online live camera, is the Angara icebreaker, the only vessel from the first icebreaking vessels that has survived in Russia to this day.
