Bahia de Palma
Bay of Bahia de Palma which demonstrates our webcam online, is located in the south-west of Mallorca island. Part of its coast belongs to the municipality of Calvia, and the other two are part of the municipalities of Palma and Llucmajor. It occupies a huge area of about 260 square kilometers and is on the list of the most beautiful bays in the world. Bahia de Palma,that you see on our live stream camera, is located in the west, between Cala Figuera and the lighthouse of Portopi. Nearby is the famous resort place of Palma – Paseo Maritimo there is our webcam online stream, with its luxury yachts and restaurants. Closer to the east part is Mount Randa, with 543-meter high, where also located Randa village and the Gracia sanctuaries, San Ponorat and the Kura – where lived and meditated one of the most influential and original thinkers of the European high Middle Ages, philosopher and astrologer Raymond Lullius. Hi lived in a small grotto near the sanctuary building.

Palma de Mallorca
Palma de Mallorca, where Baha de Palma is located, is the capital of the Balearic Islands and one of the oldest and largest ports of the Mediterranean. Palma is one of the most fashionable cities in the region. The whole center is an ensemble of luxury residential areas, shopping streets, intricate alleys and restored buildings. Just some fragments of medieval walls are clearly visible from the harbor.

The nave of a cathedral with a height of 44 meters and a length of 121 meters makes the cathedral one of the highest Gothic structures in Europe, and its fantastic lighting system was designed by Gaudi himself. The complex also includes the Museum of the Cathedral, the Art Museum and the Palace of the Moorish rulers of the island – Palau de L’Almudain (X-XII cc.).
All year round, Palma de Mallorca retains the optimum temperature regime. The island of Mallorca is in the zone of dominance of the Mediterranean, forming a warm winter and hot summer. At the height of the summer season there are high temperatures, but the heat is not exhausting due to the rather mild climate. Winter – moderately wet and quite warm. The unique climate of Mallorca allows perfectly relax on the island during the year. However, the main tourist season falls between April and October. The number of sunny hours a day in the summer reaches double digits, and the water temperature rises to 24-25C, so it is not surprising that Mallorca is an ideal choice for a summer holiday.
