As well as on the entire coast of Sochi, the Adler beaches, one of which is shown in the webcam, are sandy-pebble and small-pebble recreation areas with a gentle entrance to the sea.
Most of Adler’s beaches online, are equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Usually, there are cafes, restaurants and small markets nearby.
The beach near the state farm of “Russia” is a quiet, calm place with breakwaters and a sharp descent into the sea. The beaches around Kudepsta combine sea and subtropical greenery on the shore.
If you look at the sea from the beaches of the Nizhneimeretinskaya Bay, it is easy to contemplate the cheerful and active Black Sea dolphins.
Not far from the mouth of the Mzymta River there is a small beach with beautiful views of the Caucasus Mountains.
Diving in Adler
Of course, the beauty of the Black Sea underwater world cannot be compared with the depths of the Red Sea, but diving is still popular in Adler, whose beach is shown by a live camera. Diving here is usually just for the diving itself.

More experienced divers can go on night underwater walks or inspect tugs and bulk carriers, sunk in the vicinity – habitats of marine inhabitants. From the history of Adler, the coast of which you see in the online camera, it is known that until the 19th century, these shores were subjected to an invasion of pirates. Submerged ships remained after them.
In Adler, where the online live camera is located, there are very non-standard diving options: extreme cave diving in the Caucasus ranges, diving in high-mountain lakes, special expeditions and underwater archaeological tours designed for professionals.
There is no local zoo in Adler you see in live footage, but there are many private contact animals in the parks. The city has a terrarium, dolphinarium “Aquatoria”, “Sochi Park” dolphinarium and the largest oceanarium on the southern coast of Russia – Sochi Discovery World Aquarium.
