The webcam shows one of the central districts of the city of Tver, located on the banks of the Volga River, which divides it into two equal parts.

The right bank is occupied by the Central, Moscow, Proletarsky districts. The Zavolzhsky District is located on the left side of the Volga.

One of the main attractions of the city shown in real time is Sovetskaya Street.
